Tell your doctor if you have diabetes or any type of skin infection.  Do not use the cream on your face repetitively for more than 5 days. Do not use betamethasone topical for more than 2 weeks and inform your doctor if symptoms do not disappear after 2 weeks of use. Do not use a large amount of cream continuously on large areas of the body as it may affect your hormones. Exercise caution when using in children as excessive usage of cream may affect their growth and development.  Avoid direct contact of cream with your eyes. In case of direct contact, wash your eyes with water immediately and seek immediate medical attention. Do not cover the treated skin area unless indicated by your doctor. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding.
